Day 4
God's Blessing To You:
"May the LORD bless you and keep you, may the LORD make His face to shine upon you and be gracious to you. - Numbers 6:24-25
Grace sounds beautiful until God asks us to give it to someone who has hurt us.
We love receiving grace. We need it when we mess up, when our attitude isn't right, when we speak too quickly, or when we simply don't get it right. And thankfully, God doesn't make us earn our way back to Him. He meets us there with grace.
But maybe one of the greatest ways we can thank God for His grace is by becoming people who give it.
That doesn't mean ignoring hurt or pretending wrong doesn't matter. It means choosing to respond more like Jesus than our feelings sometimes want us to.
Today, someone may need a little extra patience. Someone may need forgiveness. Someone may simply need kindness on a day when they haven't been very kind themselves.
We've been given grace we could never earn.
Who might God be asking you to give it to today?
