Worship for the purpose of restoration
Worship services are one of the best places to connect with God for the purpose of being restored from what life takes out of us. We all need to be restored from what our responsibilities or our difficulties or our sins or our struggles take out of us. Worship is where we meet with God so that He can restore us.
Main Worship Service: Sunday 10:00 AM in the sanctuary
The Master’s Workshop: (Lead by our Senior Adult Pastor) Sunday, 6 PM in Room 116
Prayer is simply conversation with God. It is an extension of our worship. You can pray about anything, at any time and in any place – and religious sounding language is not required (in fact, you’re better without it). The church offers several corporate prayer opportunities each week. Pastor’s Prayer Partners: Sundays, 9:45 AM in the Prayer Room/Library Men’s Prayer Breakfast: Tuesdays, 7 AM at the JP Hospital Cafeteria Prayer and Fasting: Wednesday, 12 Noon in the Sanctuary
Bible Reading is a great way to worship and get to know God because the Bible is, first and foremost, the story of God’s love for humanity. If you’re new to the Bible, we suggest beginning by reading about the life of Jesus in John.
Baptism is the outward expression of God's inward grace in our lives. In short, baptism proclaims that we have accepted God's gift of salvation, as well as, declares our intent to continually follow Jesus. If you are interested in being baptized at our next baptismal service, please contact the church office.
Communion, also called “The Lord’s Supper,” is the ongoing opportunity to receive God’s grace and empowerment through the sacrament. Communion occurs regularly throughout the year in our worship services.
